Uprety Home Care is a Registered NDIS provider. We accept NDIS participants who are agency, plan or self-managed. We service in and around Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, Northshore, Hills District, Western Sydney, Inner West Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter Region, Newcastle and many more areas with Nursing services. National disability insurance scheme is designed to aid people with permanent and significant disability and is a new approach of personalised and tailored support. At Uprety Home Care, we are aware that all individuals have different and unique needs. Therefore, we respect our NDIS participants' choices. NDIS Nursing Care is provided to participants who have complex/ chronic or acute support needs that are best met by a Registered Nurse who has medical training and experience.
