On Friday, 15th August 2025, Uprety Home Care 5 year anniversary was proudly celebrated at Swansea RSL in beautiful Lake Macquarie—one of the core regions we serve, alongside the Central Coast and Newcastle. This milestone event marked five years of compassionate, client-centred care and brought together our dedicated staff, incredible nurses, loyal business partners, consultants, and supporters who have helped build Uprety Home Care from the ground up.
The night was not only a chance to celebrate success but also to reflect on our journey and look ahead to the future. From our very first client to now supporting nearly 100 clients across Lake Macquarie, the Central Coast, and Newcastle, our growth has been powered by the commitment of our care teams and the trust of our community.
“Our nurses and staff are the engine room of Uprety Home Care,” said our founder during the event. “They are the heart of what we do. Without their dedication, we wouldn’t be here today.”
At Uprety Home Care, we go beyond basic support. Our experienced registered nurses provide advanced clinical services at home, including continence assessments, SPC and IDC changes, wound care planning, medication support, and bedside training for families and carers. These services are part of our mission to deliver truly comprehensive care tailored to each individual’s needs.
The Uprety Home Care 5 year celebration also highlighted the importance of community partnerships across Lake Macquarie, the Central Coast, and Newcastle. Choosing Swansea RSL for our anniversary was no accident. Uprety Home Care has deep roots in Lake Macquarie, and both the Central Coast and Newcastle have become growing hubs where we continue to expand and strengthen our services. We support clients with aged care, daily living assistance, clinical nursing, NDIS disability support, palliative care, and respite services—helping to make life easier, safer, and more comfortable for clients and their families.
Looking forward, Uprety Home Care is investing in staff development, expanding our nursing team, and continuing to innovate how we deliver high-quality home care across Lake Macquarie, the Central Coast, and Newcastle.
